| Shipping Options | |

Most orders are shipped using standard, overland 5-day delivery schedules. We use the United States Post Office or United Parcel Service under most circumstances. Priority or Overnight shipments may be made by special request. Use the Additional Information text block to make your request. We do not offer International Shipping. If you need to track your shipment, please refer to your Order Number on your order Receipt. Please call our store or send us e-mail with your request and we will respond with a status report as soon as possible. Please note that all charges are stated in United States currency. All weights are stated in US measurements (1 US pound equals approximately 0.45 kg.) |

| Sales Tax | |

| State sales taxes are applied to all shipments within our home State. Sales taxes are not applied to shipments for destinations outside the State. Sales taxes vary according to the category of item ordered and are calculated at the cash register. State tax is charged in accordance with the law and all tax collected is remitted directly to the State and is not kept by this Store. | Payment for orders will be made via your credit card upon packing the order. Sales tax and shipping charges will be added. Your credit card will be charged on the day that your order is shipped. You will receive an E-mail confirmation that your order has been shipped and your credit card charged. | |

Full refunds are provided for unopened products returned to the store in person or via a return shipment no later than 30 days from the date of purchase. A copy of your receipt is required with the product for a refund. Refunds are not accepted on items returned more than 30 days from the date of purchase. Refunds may be provided for opened products returned to the store in person or via a return shipment no later than 30 days from the date of purchase. We reserve the right to deny a refund. A copy of your receipt is required for a refund. Returned opened products are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Customer is responsible for return shipping. Books, videos, sticks, heads, special orders or custom orders and clothing, discontinued items are all non-returnable. |
