Mr. Swenson has been a public school music teacher in Ohio and California for 11 years and Las Vegas for 3 years. He currently teaches the guitar program at Sedway Middle School. He has been teaching private lessons since beginning college in 1989. As a school teacher he has taught Band, Choir, Orchestra and Guitar programs from grades 5 – 12. Gene has marched and taught with several drum and bugle corps throughout the country. He holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Music from Ohio University in Athens, Ohio.
