Mr. Shapiro has been teaching privately for 12 years. He holds a Master’s degree from The University of Nevada, Las Vegas. He attended the Lionel Hampton Jazz Festival and was awarded 1^st place for drums. Performance credits include Shapiro Project, Duane Eubanks, and Ray Hargrove.
