Christina earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Luther College in May of 2008. She moved to Vegas in July and is currently pursuing her Master’s degree in Vocal Performance from UNLV. She was a member of the Wisconsin State Honor’s Choir two years in a row and in 2003 sang with the ACDA Regional Honor’s Choir. In 2003 Christina also placed first in the Wisconsin division of the National Association of Teacher’s of Singing Competition. . Christina has sung in numerous recitals both in high school and in college, including three solo recitals. She was a soloist both in 2005 and 2007 at Luther College’s annual Christmas at Luther concert, singing from Bernstein’s Chichester Psalms and Handel’s Messiah. Her opera roles include Lauretta in Puccini’s Gianni Schicchi, The Queen of the Night in Mozart’s Die Zauberflöte, and Sister Genevieve in Puccini’s Suor Angelica. Christina has been teaching at Family Music Centers since August of 2008.
